REFUND POLICY
1. General Policy
All sales of IT consulting services, audits, and digital solutions by NEXOKARA LLC are considered final upon project commencement or delivery of any agreed-upon deliverable. All refunds must be requested within 7 days of the service delivery.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:
- A service was paid for but never initiated or delivered
- A duplicate payment was made in error
- A written cancellation request is submitted before work has begun
3. Non-Refundable Services
The following are non-refundable:
- Services already rendered or partially completed
- Consulting hours already used
- Custom strategy documents, audits, or reports already delivered
- Setup fees or onboarding costs
4. Cancellation
Clients wishing to cancel an ongoing engagement must notify NEXOKARA LLC in writing at info@nexokara.com with at least 7 business days’ notice. Work completed up to the cancellation date will be billed accordingly.
5. Dispute Resolution
If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us within 14 days of the transaction at info@nexokara.com. We will review your case and respond within 5 business days.
